Lyndsey Warrington | Practice Manager

I joined Four Architects in September 2020 as Practice Manager, responsible for the day to day running of the office, Marketing, Bid Management and assisting in the growth of the practice through developing and maintaining client relationships.

Working at Four Architects have given me the flexibility to not only gain a better work / life balance, but it’s allowed me to create a role that I truly love and enjoy. 

Having worked in the construction industry since leaving school in 2004, I have gained so much knowledge of how all our business’ work together. I love meeting new people and sharing knowledge but my favourite part of the job is meeting a new client, pulling a proposal together and being successful, this then leads to developing a long term relationship. There is nothing more satisfying. My skills lie with client relations and bid management. I love the marketing side but I’m new to it and you have to be ahead of the game….but social media is my best friend.

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my partner, 3 girls and 2 puppies, they all certainly keep me busy….which usually leads to an evening enjoying wine and TV! We recently booked our wedding and built a new home so most of my weekends are spent doing DIY and making pretty things!.
