About Cotton Gardens

Cotton Gardens is a 105 one and two bedroom apartment scheme set over 4 floors, providing a modern home whilst incorporating original features of this historic building, previously known as Union Mill.

Four Architects were appointed to provide full architectural services on this scheme, and through working closely with Bolton Council, we secured planning permission for this beautiful mill conversion which provides a spacious landscaped atrium, private residents’ lounge and workspaces, private residents’ gym, on-site bike store, parking, and external residents’ garden area.
