About Destination Padel

Four Architects were appointed to deliver the interior architectural design for a new padel club in Cheadle, Manchester. Building on the success of Destination Padel’s first centre in Northwich, the project includes three courts alongside a bar and reception area, retail space, changing facilities, and a raised viewing platform for spectators.

The design adopts a light-touch approach to the existing building, combining understated materials with bold visual interventions to create a strong and engaging identity. The reception area features a mix of natural and painted OSB, adding texture and warmth, while a striking ‘floating’ feature above serves as a focal point within the space. The result is a vibrant and contemporary leisure destination, offering high-quality facilities for both players and visitors alike.
