About Gores Lane
Four Architects have been requested to provide a fee proposal for Planning and Architectural
services, under a traditional contract, for a new build residential dwelling, based on 103 Gores
Lane in Formby.
The site has already received planning approval for the erection of a detatched dwelling and
it is understood the client requires Four Architects to provide a fee proposal to provide an
alternative scheme and resubmit planning.
