About Store Street
Four Architects have been appointed as the lead architect for a new-build residential
development located in Piccadilly, Manchester. The proposed scheme comprises the erection of a 15-storey building, delivering a total of 72 high-quality residential apartments.
The development is currently progressing through the Building Safety Regulator (BSR)
Gateway process, with Four Architects providing strategic design leadership and coordinating regulatory compliance to ensure the scheme aligns with the latest building safety and planning requirements.
