Collaborating closely with the client and agents, we crafted a versatile mix of spaces across the expansive 15-acre site, resulting in 250,000 square feet of premium accommodation. Each unit has been meticulously designed to enable tenants to achieve BREEAM Very Good certification, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and excellence in industrial design.
