About Warwick Road
Four Architects were appointed to provide architectural services to support the new build residential development, located in Old Trafford.
The scheme involves the erection of a 12 storey building with basement car parking (44 spaces), comprising a total of 89 residential apartments (Class C3), plus cycle, parking facilities, associated landscaping, means of enclosure, with vehicular access from Warwick Road.
Four Architects have successfully secured BSR validation on this scheme with Trafford Council and have a high understanding of Trafford’s requirements for successful planning and delivery.
